Daily Diet is the data controller for the personal data described here. This policy follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

Your name, email address, the courses you choose, the answers you give, and, if you choose to donate, the details you send us about it (amount, date, the name and bank you sent it from, and any reference). We never ask for card details or banking passwords.

Why

To run your account, schedule your daily questions, show your progress, send your daily reminder email, and confirm and thank you for any donation. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site for us: Supabase (database and logins), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email). If your employer or organisation sets up your account, we may share your progress with them, and we'll tell you before that starts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or turn off reminder emails, by writing to bigfash100@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. Once you close it, we erase your data within one month, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
